Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward your total service amount. Cancellation Policy Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled without proper notice will forfeit the deposit. Late Policy Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Please respect appointment times to ensure quality service for all guests. No Extra Guests To maintain a relaxing environment, no additional guests are allowed unless being serviced.
